- New lead management from fixing appointment to site visit.
- Good understanding about construction projects and sales.
- Attending public events and expos to showcase the property and company.
- Ability to explain the details to the customer.
- Openness to collaborate with the team and achieve better results.
- Taking-up responsibility for end to end closing of customer accounts.
- Self-driven ability
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Any Bachelor’s Degree
Requirements: Excellent negotiation skills & Strong decision-making abilities
Experience: 2-5 years in Real estate
